Welcome to wak89 (hereinafter referred to as "wak89", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). wak89 operates an online gaming platform accessible athttps://wak89.cam, offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery products, arcade games, and related entertainment services to eligible users.

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between wak89 and each individual who registers an account or otherwise accesses and uses the Platform ("you", "the User", "the Member"). By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or continuing to use the Platform after any published update to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on wak89, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the term of their membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. wak89 strictly prohibits access to and use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You confirm that accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited under the laws of your country, state, or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. Single Account: Each Member may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether directly or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse of the Platform.
5. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You confirm that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order (including voluntary self-exclusions submitted to wak89 or any other gaming operator) and that you are not a problem gambler as defined under any applicable jurisdiction's regulatory framework.
6. Not a wak89 Employee: Directors, officers, employees, and contractors of wak89, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to register or hold an Account for real-money play.

All prospective Members are required to complete the registration form accurately and in full. You must provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. All information submitted must be truthful, accurate, and kept current at all times.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)
In accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financingof-terrorism (CFT) obligations, wak89 conducts KYC verification for all Members. You will be required to provide:

• A copy of a valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification document (MyKad — front and back, or valid Passport);
• Proof of current residential address, such as a utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Indah Water, or Syabas), bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or equivalent, issued within the preceding three (3) months; and
• Where required, a clear selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document.

4.2 Verification Timeline
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. wak89 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is incomplete or unclear.

4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. wak89 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
wak89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC and USDT via designated wallet addresses). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Minimum Transactions
The minimum single deposit isRM 30. The minimum single withdrawal request is RM 50. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and VIP tier and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests will only be honoured under the following conditions:

• The Member's KYC verification is fully completed and approved;

• No outstanding fraud investigation or security review is pending on the Account.

5.4 Processing Times
Standard withdrawal requests for verified Members are processed within the same business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. wak89 charges no platform-side fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges.

6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by wak89 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must fulfil the stated wagering requirement before they or any associated winings can be transferred to the Real Money balance and subsequently withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible game weightings, and maximum bet restrictions are set out in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Abuse & Fraud
wak89 employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting using bonus funds, coordinated multi-account exploitation, and exploitation of software errors or miscalculated odds. Where abuse is identified, wak89 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, suspend the Account, and retain Real Money Funds pending investigation.

6.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus Funds that remain unmet against their stated wagering requirement within the applicable validity window will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without prior notice or compensation.

7.1 General Rules
All bets and game rounds placed on the wak89 Platform are final once confirmed. No wager may be amended, withdrawn, or cancelled after acceptance by the Platform's system. Results are determined by the Platform's certified random number generator (RNG) or, for live sports markets, by the relevant event outcome.

7.2 Sports Betting
Odds are quoted and accepted at the time the wager is placed. For live in-play markets — including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UFC bouts, and other covered events — odds update in real time. wak89 reserves the right to suspend markets, restrict maximum stakes, or void bets where genuine pricing errors or data feed irregularities are identified.

7.3 Minimum Bet
The minimum bet per transaction is RM 1. Maximum bet limits are product- and market-specific and are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform.

7.4 Disconnection Policy
In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the Platform's server-side records shall be conclusive. Where a game round is materially interrupted through no fault of the Member, wak89 will reinstate the affected wager or credit an equivalent amount at its sole discretion, subject to supporting server logs.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wak89 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or that of a third party;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or in contravention of applicable anti-money-laundering legislation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other third-party mechanism to gain an unfair advantage;
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended system behaviours for financial gain;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following the use of deposited funds;
• Conducting any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.

All content on the wak89 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "wak89", logos, interface design, graphics, software, game mechanics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of wak89 or its duly licensed third-party providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No Member may copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express written consent of wak89.

wak89 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing appropriate safeguards for all Members. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above.

10.1 Self-Regulatory Tools
The following tools are available to all Members from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Members may configure timed session alerts to monitor their play duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irevocable for the elected duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts are available to remind Members of their session length and net activity.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wak89, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.

11.2 wak89 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability, for which wak89 shall have no liability.

11.3 wak89's total aggregate liability to any single Member, arising under or in connection with this Agreement, shall in no event exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 By wak89: wak89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, provided false registration information, or poses a security or regulatory risk to the Platform.

12.2 By the Member: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to outstanding KYC and AML checks. Any uncompleted wagering requirements on Bonus Funds will result in forfeiture of those bonus credits upon closure.

12.3 Dormant Accounts: An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. wak89 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, details of which will be communicated to the Member at the registered email address prior to any deduction.

wak89 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by email to the registered address at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes the Member's acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is the version currently in force. All prior versions are superseded upon the effective date of each update.

14.1 Governing Law: This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

14.2 Disputes: In the event of any dispute between wak89 and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through wak89's internal complaints procedure. Members may submit a formal complaint by contacting our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

14.3 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
